Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with TaxPro HQ, we may collect your name, business name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, profile information, company information, tax office information, professional credentials, EFIN, PTIN, EIN, onboarding information, service preferences, appointment information, and information submitted through forms, support requests, surveys, or communications.
We may also collect documents, messages, logos, images, business records, client information, and other content you choose to upload or submit through our platforms.
Please do not submit confidential taxpayer information through an unapproved or unsecured communication method.
Payment & Transaction Information
When you purchase a product or service, our payment processors may collect your payment card information, billing address, and other information necessary to process the transaction.
TaxPro HQ does not store complete payment card numbers on its servers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment status, amount, transaction date, payment method type, and the last four digits of the payment card.
Technical & Usage Information
When you visit our website or use our platforms, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, internet service provider, device identifiers, referring pages, access dates and times, login history, pages viewed, feature usage, system activity, error reports, and interactions with our website or services.
Communications
We may collect and maintain emails, text messages, support requests, portal messages, appointment communications, call records, and other communications between you and TaxPro HQ.
Calls or virtual sessions may be recorded only when notice or consent is provided as required by applicable law.
Information From Other Sources

Business Customer & Client Data
TaxPro HQ provides platforms and services that may allow business customers to submit information concerning their team members, clients, leads, referrals, or other individuals.
When information is submitted by one of our business customers, that customer is responsible for determining why the information is collected and how it is used. TaxPro HQ generally processes that information to provide, secure, support, and maintain the requested services.
If your information was submitted to TaxPro HQ by a tax office, service bureau, ERO, or another business, you may need to direct your privacy request to that business. We will assist the business with a valid request when appropriate and required by law.
Business customers are responsible for obtaining any notice, permission, authorization, or consent required before submitting another person’s information through our services.
02How We Use Information
We may use information to create and manage accounts, provide software and portal access, complete purchases, process payments, schedule appointments, conduct onboarding, deliver digital products and training, operate our online community, respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and communicate important service information.

Promotional emails may be discontinued by selecting the unsubscribe link included in the email. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending necessary account, transaction, billing, security, support, or legally required communications.
04SMS & Mobile Information
When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, TaxPro HQ may use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, account notifications, service updates, support communications, educational information, and promotional offers consistent with the consent provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing a product or service.

TaxPro HQ does not sell personal information for money.

Mobile information and SMS consent information are excluded from advertising disclosures and will not be shared for third party marketing.

TaxPro HQ does not control the privacy, security, or data handling practices of independent third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected directly by those providers.
We encourage you to review each provider’s privacy policy before submitting personal information or connecting an outside service.
12Children’s Privacy
TaxPro HQ services are intended for adults and business users who are at least eighteen years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under thirteen without legally required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
