SERVICE BUREAU COMMAND

Build the Network. Build the Systems. Take Command.

You've established the Service Bureau.

You've built the brand.

Now it's time to build the infrastructure that helps you operate and grow the network.

Service Bureau Command is our premier Service Bureau partnership for owners who are ready to move beyond simply providing tax software and start building the systems behind a scalable ERO network.

You receive everything included in Service Bureau Identity, PLUS a customized Service Bureau Business Operating System built around the way YOUR organization recruits, onboards, manages, and supports its partners.

This isn't about collecting EROs underneath your software.

It's about building an operation capable of supporting them.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN SERVICE BUREAU IDENTITY

SERVICE BUREAU SETUP

Get the foundation needed to operate and develop your Service Bureau network.

You'll receive guidance and continued support as you learn how to structure your operation, onboard EROs, provide software, and manage a growing network of tax professionals.

We're not simply giving you access to a dashboard.

We're helping you build the business behind it.

PROFESSIONAL TAX SOFTWARE

Choose one available professional tax software solution for your Service Bureau operation.

Your Service Bureau software provides the technology needed to establish and manage your ERO network.

Software availability, functionality, access levels, pricing capabilities, and Service Bureau features vary by provider and program.

BANK ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE

As your network grows, your EROs may need assistance completing applicable bank enrollment requirements.

TaxPro HQ provides guidance and assistance with the bank enrollment process for eligible EROs within your network.

Bank products and enrollment remain subject to applicable bank requirements, underwriting, compliance requirements, eligibility, and approval.

SUPPORT FOR YOUR ERO NETWORK

You're responsible for leading your network.

But you don't have to carry every software, enrollment, and operational question alone.

Your TaxPro HQ partnership gives you an additional layer of resources and support as you develop your Service Bureau.

This allows you to continue learning while becoming a stronger resource for the EROs who choose to partner with you.

BUILD YOUR ERO NETWORK

Recruit and support independent EROs who operate their own tax businesses while utilizing professional tax software through your Service Bureau network.

Instead of building revenue solely around the returns you personally prepare, you're creating infrastructure capable of supporting multiple independent tax businesses.

BUILD FUTURE SERVICE BUREAUS

Your network doesn't necessarily have to stop with EROs.

Where supported by your selected professional tax software and Service Bureau structure, you may have the opportunity to establish or resell access to Sub Service Bureaus within your organization.

This gives qualified partners within your network another potential opportunity to grow.

Sub Service Bureau availability, functionality, pricing, permissions, and eligibility vary by software provider and applicable program requirements.

PLUS: YOUR CUSTOM SERVICE BUREAU BUSINESS OPERATING SYSTEM

This is where Service Bureau Command separates itself.

Blueprint gives you the foundation.

Identity builds the brand.

Command builds the system behind the network.

We don't simply hand you a generic CRM login.

We work with you to build a customized Service Bureau Business Operating System around your organization.

Choose HighLevel or SuiteDash, and we'll create a system designed to help you recruit, onboard, organize, communicate with, and manage your growing ERO network.

YOUR SERVICE BUREAU OPERATING SYSTEM CAN INCLUDE

ERO RECRUITMENT PIPELINE

Stop managing prospective partners through DMs and random spreadsheets.

Your system can include a structured recruitment pipeline that helps you track prospective EROs from initial interest through partnership.

Stages can be built around your specific recruitment process.

ERO APPLICATION & INTAKE

Create structured digital forms for prospective EROs to provide the information your Service Bureau needs.

Instead of collecting information through scattered emails and messages, your process begins in one organized system.

ERO ONBOARDING WORKFLOW

Once someone decides to partner with your Service Bureau, the next steps shouldn't depend entirely on you remembering what happens next.

Your system can include an organized onboarding process for new ERO partners.

Depending on your workflow, this may include stages such as:

✔ Application or intake received ✔ Documentation review ✔ Missing information ✔ Bank application process ✔ Software setup ✔ Branding or configuration ✔ Training ✔ Software delivery ✔ Partner activation

Your exact workflow will be customized around your Service Bureau process.

AUTOMATIONS & FOLLOW UP

Automate repetitive communication throughout your recruitment and onboarding process.

Automations may include:

✔ New lead responses ✔ Consultation confirmations ✔ Appointment reminders ✔ Missed appointment follow up ✔ ERO application reminders ✔ Missing document reminders ✔ Onboarding communication ✔ Training reminders ✔ Software delivery notifications ✔ Partner follow up ✔ Internal team notifications

Automation handles the repetitive communication.

You handle the relationship.

CALENDARS & ONLINE SCHEDULING

Create calendars for applicable Service Bureau appointments.

These may include:

✔ Partnership discovery calls ✔ ERO onboarding appointments ✔ Software demonstrations ✔ Strategy sessions ✔ Training appointments ✔ Partner support sessions

Calendars can connect with your workflows to help trigger the appropriate next steps.

ERO STATUS MANAGEMENT

Know where your partners are without digging through emails.

Your system can include defined stages that allow you and your team to identify where an ERO is within your recruitment, onboarding, or activation process.

EMAIL & SMS COMMUNICATION

Communicate with prospective and active EROs through your Business Operating System.

Use both automated and manual communication to keep your network informed.

FORMS & INFORMATION COLLECTION

Build structured forms for applicable processes within your Service Bureau.

This can help reduce incomplete information and create more consistent internal processes.

PAYMENT PROCESSING INTEGRATION

Connect supported payment processing options for applicable Service Bureau products or services.

Payment processing fees and third party charges remain separate.

PARTNER MANAGEMENT

Maintain important ERO and partner information within your centralized system.

As your network grows, organization becomes more important.

The goal is to create a system where you can quickly understand:

Who is interested.

Who needs onboarding.

Who is waiting on information.

Who has software.

Who is active.

And who needs attention.

BUILT IN REFERRAL SYSTEM

Your EROs can also become a source of network growth.

Your system can include a structured referral process designed to help you generate and track partner referrals.

CUSTOM MEANS BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

We're not dropping your logo onto a generic CRM template and calling it custom.

Your build starts with understanding your Service Bureau processes.

We identify the workflows that matter to your organization and configure your system around those processes within the capabilities and agreed scope of your selected platform.

Your final build scope, included workflows, forms, pipelines, automations, calendars, integrations, revisions, and other customizations will be defined in your Service Bureau Command agreement.

Additional development or functionality outside the agreed project scope may require an additional fee.

YOUR SERVICE BUREAU SHOULDN'T LIVE IN YOUR HEAD.

If every new ERO needs you to personally explain what happens next...

If you're manually sending the same onboarding messages...

If leads are disappearing inside Facebook Messenger...

If you're constantly asking partners for missing information...

If you don't know who finished onboarding...

If your team can't tell what stage an ERO is in...

If taking a few days away means everything stops...

You don't just need more EROs.

You need infrastructure.

Because recruiting 10 partners with bad systems creates problems.

Recruiting 50 with bad systems creates bigger ones.

Growth without infrastructure isn't scale.

It's chaos.
