Your website is designed to help potential clients:

✔ Learn about your business ✔ Understand the services you provide ✔ Connect with your office ✔ Take the next step toward becoming a client

Your website and branding are designed together so your online presence feels like one business, not pieces collected from different places.

YOUR BRAND KIT INCLUDES:

PLUS: YOUR CUSTOM TAX BUSINESS OPERATING SYSTEM

This is where ERO Command separates itself from ERO Identity.

You aren't just getting another CRM login.

We're building the system behind your tax business.

Choose between HighLevel or SuiteDash, and we'll create a customized Tax Business Operating System designed around your office processes.

Instead of trying to force your business into a random template, we work to create a system that supports how your business needs to operate.

YOUR BUSINESS OPERATING SYSTEM CAN INCLUDE:

LEAD & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Keep your prospects and clients organized in one system.

Instead of trying to remember who messaged you on Facebook, who filled out a form, who called, or who still needs to complete something, your system gives you a structured place to manage those relationships.

CLIENT INTAKE & ONBOARDING

Create an organized process for bringing new clients into your business.

Your system can help guide clients through required steps instead of relying entirely on manual communication.

AUTOMATIONS & WORKFLOWS

Take repetitive tasks off your daily list.

Automations can be used to support processes such as:

✔ Lead follow up ✔ Appointment communication ✔ Client onboarding ✔ Reminders ✔ Status communication ✔ Internal notifications ✔ Follow up sequences

The goal isn't to automate every human interaction.

The goal is to stop manually doing things your system can handle for you.

CALENDARS & ONLINE SCHEDULING

Give clients and prospects a professional way to schedule appointments with your office.

Your scheduling process can be connected to your workflows so the next step can happen automatically.

EMAIL & SMS COMMUNICATION

Communicate with leads and clients through your business system.

Use automated and manual communication to keep clients informed throughout your processes.

PAYMENT PROCESSING INTEGRATION

Create a more organized way to collect payments for applicable services by connecting supported payment processing options to your business system.

CLIENT STATUS & PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Create defined stages for your office processes so you and your team can quickly identify where a client is and what needs to happen next.

Stop running the office from memory.

BUILT IN REFERRAL SYSTEM

Satisfied clients can become one of your strongest sources of new business.

Your system can include a structured referral process designed to help you request and track referrals instead of simply hoping clients tell someone about you.

BRANDED CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Your backend shouldn't feel disconnected from the business your clients see publicly.

Where supported by the selected platform, your system will be customized using your business information and branding to help create a more consistent client experience.

YOUR BUSINESS SHOULDN'T LIVE IN YOUR HEAD.

If every client has to text you for an update...

If you're manually sending the same reminders over and over...

If leads are sitting unanswered in your inbox...

If you're using five different spreadsheets to figure out what's happening...

If your team has to ask you what happens next...

If taking one day off means everything stops...

You don't just need another app.

You need processes.

You need automations.

You need organization.

You need a system.

ERO Command is designed to help turn the processes inside your head into an actual Business Operating System.

TAXPRO HQ COMMAND CENTRAL

Building the system is only part of the equation.

ERO Command partners also receive access to TaxPro HQ Command Central, our private partner environment created to support you as you continue building your tax business.

Your access includes:

✔ Partner community and collaboration ✔ Business resources ✔ Operational templates and tools ✔ Marketing resources ✔ Ongoing training and education ✔ Tax office process guidance ✔ Continued partner support

Because buying software doesn't teach you how to operate a tax office.

And having a CRM doesn't automatically give you good systems.

The tools matter. But knowing what to do with them matters more.

NO MONTHLY PLATFORM FEE FROM TAXPRO HQ

Your included Business Operating System does not carry an additional monthly platform subscription fee from TaxPro HQ during your eligible ERO Command partnership term.

You are responsible for applicable third party charges and usage based services associated with your selected platform or integrations.

Depending on the services you activate, these may include:

✔ SMS usage ✔ Email usage ✔ Phone services ✔ Payment processing fees ✔ Domain related expenses ✔ Premium integrations ✔ Third party applications ✔ Other usage based services

Only pay applicable usage or third party fees for the services you choose to use.
